Refund policy

Returns:                                                                                                                               We want you to love your Miel Silver Jewelry purchase. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging. 

Non-Returnable Items:                                                                                                    Custom-made, personalized, engraved, resized, or specially ordered items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Sale items are also final sale. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:                                                                                              If your order arrived damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you. 

Refunds:                                                                                                                              Once your retrun is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non refundable. 

Return Shipping:                                                                                                                  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defevtive, or incorrect.

Cancellations:                                                                                                                      Orders may be canceledwitjin 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped.
